Welcome to Wonder Kid! Thank you for joining our affiliate program.

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals accessing or using the Program as a seller ("we" or "seller") and affiliate entity ("you" or "affiliate") referring customers to use products or services from the business.

To participate in the Program, the affiliate agrees to use the Program as specified herein and is bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not allowed to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any form.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY affiliate program registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Discount Codes

Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also create links for specific products or collections. If someone clicks on another affiliate's referral link and then clicks on your referral link, your link will be credited.

Affiliates may or may not be assigned a discount code with details and usage explained on the Dashboard. If a customer clicks on an affiliate link and uses a discount code, you will not receive double commissions. If you are not assigned a specific branded discount code, you are not allowed to advertise that discount code.

Affiliates can also advertise commercial websites on online channels such as Facebook, and Instagram, or offline channels like magazines and newspapers.

3. Commissions and Payments

For any customer referred to our website through your link, you will receive a commission based on the commission structure. The commission amount depends on the order value and excludes additional fees (taxes, shipping, etc.).

Payments will only be issued for completed transactions. The use of the Affiliate Program must comply with reasonable usage policies, allowing the seller to review all referred orders. Commission status, if displayed in the Commission tab, will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions leading to refunds or chargebacks will not be paid.

4. Commission Calculation for Affiliates
4.1. For Non-Inventory Affiliates:
Wonder Kid will pay commissions based on the sales generated from the affiliate marketing link created by the Seller. 

The commission will be calculated based on the order value using the formula: Seller's commission = Total order value (excluding shipping fees) * Commission rate.
Note: For first-time registered affiliates, you need to sell a minimum of 5 products through your link within 1 month for Wonder Kid to record and calculate your commission (including the minimum 5 products you sold).

4.2. For Inventory Affiliates:
Commissions will be deducted directly from the product purchase price.
Note: For first-time registered affiliates, you need to purchase a minimum of 5 products to be eligible for the affiliate price.

5. Marketing Tools

We may share advertising materials such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing Tools tab. You can download the media or get HTML embed codes to share on affiliate channels.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to track those who click on your link, so they need to allow cookies for us to track them. If a person does not allow or delete their cookies, we cannot track them, and thus, cannot pay income for their activity.

The cookie expiration date is recorded in the affiliate registration form. The tracking period starts from the moment the customer clicks on the affiliate link or uses the discount code. During the cookie period, any orders made by this customer on the seller's website will automatically result in a commission for the affiliate (after which the customer does not need to click on the affiliate link again).

7. Removal from the Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to remove themselves from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: Wkid.aus@gmail.com.

This Privacy Policy of UpPromote about the Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates, and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate Program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

1. Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

2. Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details, and social network information,...The information would help the merchant evaluate the affiliate's background and potential, along with process-specific activities within the app, and contact the affiliate if needed.

3. Information collected from Customers when visiting the merchant's website

To track referral orders, when customers visit a merchant's website and make a purchase, the UpPromote system will collect information on orders such as total orders, order items, order ID, etc.

4. About Cookies

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.

Cookies are created when a user's browser loads a particular website. The website sends information to the browser which then creates a text file. Every time the user goes back to the same website, the browser retrieves and sends this file to the website's server.

Because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of the Affiliate marketing system’s essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on.

5. Information Sharing

Ensuring your privacy is important to us, so we do not share your personal information with third parties. However, we may share your personal information with third-party service providers whom we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data, and other marketing support. Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information by this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

6. Use of the UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

7. Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these rights, please contact us through Wkid.aus@gmail.com. Please provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.
